- Newspaper advertising - The Weekend Newspapers are a great source of buyer enquiry and the following is a list of some options; Standard black & white column ad, Standard colour column ad, Photo black & white column ad, Photo colour column ad
- For Sale Signboard – Assists in showing the public your property is for sale and generates genuine interest in the property. It can also make your property easier to find when buyers have seen the property advertised, and are driving down the street trying to find the home. Erected on site and removed once property has been sold.
- Photo signboards stand out from the rest and show many features of a home that can not be seen from the outside. A plain home or small front appearance may in fact be the very opposite on the inside or even in the backyard.
- Home opens – We keep a visitors book and take down contact names and numbers of each person that views the property to assist with follow up and for security purposes. Directional signs will also be placed out during the home open to attract more people to the open for inspection and generate interest from passing buyers.
- Colour brochure – In house colour brochures are printed and provided for people attending open for inspections and can also be emailed to any internet enquiries. Brochures also contain important details such as council, water rates, strata levies and block/lot size.
- Editorial coverage – Upon the property going to market, we place a request into The West Australian and Sunday Times for editorial coverage. This is not guaranteed, however is free of charge, and can include colour photos and a detailed description of the property. Quality photography assists in securing editorial coverage as the newspaper editors are attracted to the property. As they say a picture paints 1000 words.
